Mission & Vision

Our mission at Remington Baptist Church (RBC) is to Love People to Loving Jesus. We do not claim to have all the answers or be able to provide everything for which your soul is longing, but we are followers of the One who is “The Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6)… the One who “holds all things together” (Colossians 1:17)… the One whose purpose is to “seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10)… the One who is “making all things new” (Revelation 21:5). Loving People to Loving Jesus is to introduce the real Jesus to you so through Him you can Know God and be loved by others just like you. In this, you can Find Community, the kind that will help and empower you to Fulfill Your Purpose so you too can be part of Loving People to Loving Jesus.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Faye Coates, Music Director

Faye joined the staff of Remington Baptist Church in December 1983. What began as a part-time organist position to supplement her income while raising a young son as a single parent, soon developed into a permanent position involving not only organist and pianist responsibilities, but choir directing as well.
Faye began playing piano at the age of 7, and has never looked back! She has loved all forms of music along the way, but her main goal is to glorify God and enhance worship through music.

Rachael Brinson, Church Secretary

Rachael is a certified municipal clerk and treasurer. She was born in Texas, and raised in Oklahoma. She came to Virginia in 1989 and loves the Town of Remington and Fauquier county for its beauty and wonderful people.
She has been married to her husband, Eric since 1995 and has four beautiful children and 4 fur babies.
